I have a girl friend for last three years and on next January, we are going to be married. We did not have any sexual relationship and are committed to each other, before  we get married we won’t do anything unethical. I myself do not have any sexual experience other than masturbation that I have started from the age of 12. I have never thought about my sexual ability as I have never done anything sexual with a girl. But now when I am going to get married, I am really worried regarding my own sexuality. At the very beginning, when I started to masturbate, I have seen it took 5-6 minutes to get a hardon after one ejaculation. But now it takes not less than 15 to 20 minutes. Have I done some problem to the nerves of my genital or did they become loose? 2. At the age of 14-15, I have measured my penis and its erect size was around 5 inch. Now when I measure it, it is not more than 4 inch. I have heard that fat in body makes the penis small. But I am not a fat guy (height 5′9” with 66 kg). Besides the length, my penis was un usual and dis proportionally fat (in comparison to the length) before, but now it became thin and looks like usual. Which means, it have also became thin. 3. At the early age, I used to shoot semen so far while ejaculation. Now I have seen, my penis just pour semen. There is no force in it. Again, I have seen, it took 15-16 minute for me to ejaculate previously, but now it takes not more than 5 minutes. 4. In fact, the semen have became so thick than the previous days (it even some time look like so thick like halwa). 5. I have tried to stop masturbation, but when ever I try to stop, just after 2-3 week, cum comes out from my penis when I Pee. I have heard that if men do not masturbate or does not have sex, he gets wet dreams. But I never had wet dream. Rather, I just cum when I pee. Please help me and tell me if I have created any problem to my penis, sexuality and my future sex life. If I have created any damage to my natural sexuality, is there any way which can make my sexuality normal and make my self suitable for my wife? I will be really grateful to you if you let me know any good and natural remedy for the problem that I have mentioned above.
